Caroline is a Henley Business School qualified coach, specialising in nature based and outdoor coaching predominately in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, London and the South East.
She has an MSc in HR and Business and a commercial background spanning 20 years in corporate HR leadership. She has worked across multi sector, multi growth stage organisations from Founder Led SMEs through to FTSE 250 and FTSE 100 plcs.
During this time she has developed a wealth of experience in the ingredients for achieving sustainable, whole person and team success.
Caroline now works with senior executives, leadership teams and private individuals bringing this knowledge and experience to bear to help them bring their best to what matters.
